Commercial Exhibit Information 

  1. Rental Fee:       Inside Space $8.00 a frontage foot, with a 8 foot depth

                                     Minimum space is 8 foot ………… $64.00

Outside Space $6.00 a frontage foot, with a 20 foot depth. 

  1. The rental fee is your reservation fee and is NOT REFUNDABLE. The fee also includes 2 gate passes for the 4 days.  We do not have vehicle passes and encourage off the grounds parking.
  1. Setup time:     Thursday 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. or 

Friday 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. 

ALL TIMES ARE MOUNTAIN TIME 

  1. Commercial Building Hours:  

    Thursday     4:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
    Friday        11:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
    Saturday    11:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
    Sunday       11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. 

RELEASE TIME IS 4:00 SUNDAY ….. NO EARLY RELEASE.

  1. We will be using the Civic Center Building it is well lit and cement floor for the exhibit area. We do not supply tables, tape, electric cords, chairs, etc.  We do have electricity available to most booths.
  1. We normally sell out so we are on a first come first reserved basis.
