Exhibits must remain until 4 p.m. Sunday, or prize money will be withheld.
No early releases. Superintendent decision on lot placement will be final.

  1. No entry fee.
  2. Registration: 4-8 p.m., Thursday and 8-9 a.m., Friday.
  3. Framed and matted pictures must be suitable for hanging. No responsibility will be assumed
    for damages incurred through improper hangers.
  4. Premiums: 1st, $4; 2nd, $3; 3rd, $2. Awards are made in each group.
  5. Judge will decide on best of show(s); reserve(s); and honorable mention(s). 
  6. Items can be exhibited only once in the Open Class Division.
  7. There will be two groups: Group I, Amateur; Group II, Professional. (Professional shall be someone participating for gain or livelihood in an activity or field of endeavor often engaged in by amateur).
  8. NO entries will be accepted if they are not ready for hanging.
  9. NO entries will be accepted over five years old.
  10. NO entries accepted if previously exhibited at the Mercer County Fair.

Age groups:

Children: 10 years & under 
Juniors: 11 through 16 years
Adults: 17 years & up

  1. Pictures must be framed and should have screw eyes and wire for hanging on peg board walls. Photos and Calligraphy may be matted or mounted, but must be suitable for hanging. No responsibility will be assumed for damages incurred through improper hangers.
  2. Photo size – minimum 5x7; maximum 11x14 (This does not include mat. In children and juniors, a 3x5 will be accepted).
