This is information for commercial vendors for the 2021 Mercer County Fair season.
Rental Space is approximately 10′ frontage with 10′ depth.
Pricing is as follows (for each 10′ x 10′ space):
Thursday July 15th, 2021 $25 4-9pm
Friday July 16th, 2021 $50 12 Noon-9pm
Saturday July 17th, 2021 $50 12 Noon-9pm
Sunday July 18th, 2021 $25 12 Noon-4pm
All Four Days $125
Your booth should fit within the 10′ x 10′ space assigned or spaces paid for. If not, you will be asked to purchase an extra space/booth.
Your signature is an agreement that you, as the vendor, will be set up at the Mercer County Fairgrounds during the agreed upon dates unless extraordinary circumstances warrant early departure or other changes per the Mercer County Fair Board. No shows and other early departures will forfeit all of their vendor fee.
The vendor fee must be postmarked with signed contracts no later than 10 days after online reservations. Online reservations must be completed by June 1, 2021. After this date, the fair board cannot guarantee booth space.
THE VENDOR FEE IS NOT REFUNDABLE PENDING EXTRAORDINARY CIRCUMSTANCES.
The vendor fee includes 1 Gate Pass for each day of vending.
No Driving on Fairgrounds after 4pm on Thursday July 15th, 2021. Vendors will need to enter fairground through Gate. All vehicles must be off fairgrounds prior to fairgrounds opening.
Commercial Building Hours:
Thursday thru Saturday 12pm to 9pm,
Sunday 12pm to 4pm
Vendor booths will be at the Civic Center Building which is well lit with cement floor in the exhibit area. We use pipe and drapes for our booths, which are supplied with one table and 2 chairs. We do have electricity for most wall booths (please request in application).
You must bring an extra table, tape, electrical extension cord, if you need one.
Reserving booths are on a first come basis. As such, we try not to double up on companies and will try and limit duplicates.
