Out of the respect for the fair patrons and safety of everyone, please be advised of the following:

No Dogs, No Coolers, No Bikes, No Skateboards and No Drones will be permitted on the fair grounds.

Advanced fair and carnival passes will be available soon.

Family Passes can be purchased at the following locations: Mercer County Extension Office, Heritage Insurance in Hazen, and Cenex in Beulah and Hazen

Carnival Passes will be available starting July 1st at the following locations: Bronson’s in Beulah, Heritage Insurance in Hazen, and Cenex in Beulah and Hazen.

Mercer County Fair is a North Dakota Junior Points Show Participant. Junior Point show Premiums. Mercer County Fair does have pre-registration available for the Open and Junior Livestock Shows. Register @ https://mercer.fairwire.com.

Mercer Co Fair Parade Route – Please note that Main Street will be blocked off the morning of the Parade for vehicle parking. Please use the railroad parking area or other parking areas around downtown.

No Need to fill out a form for the Parade in 2021! Just show up and you will be directed to the proper location.

2021 Gate Admission

Daily entry to fairgrounds is $9 per person. Kids under the age of 6 are free. A four-day family pass for parents and their children under 18, is $75, available at the fair ticket office during the fair and prior to the fair online (see above) and at these locations: Mercer County Extension Office; and Cenex in Hazen. All entertainment on the fairgrounds is free after gate admission.

2021 Carnival Pricing

Carnival Passes are available in advance of the fair at the same locations as the family gate passes. Advanced passes for the Carnival are $18 per session or $23 per session on the grounds during the fair. Session #1 for the Carnival starts at 4 PM Thursday, July 15, 2021.

Special offer for Thursday only is free gate admission with purchase of Carnival Pass. One free admission per Carnival Pass purchased in advanced at any of the following locations: Bronson’s in Beulah, and Cenex in Beulah and Hazen. Advanced Carnival Passes are available from these locations during the fair through Saturday.

2021 Camper Parking~

Please contact City of Beulah @ 701-873-4637 to reserve a spot at Sun Valley RV Park OR contact Beulah Park District @ 701-873-5852 to reserve a spot @ Eagles Park campsite.

Overnight camping for the duration of the fair on the fairgrounds is $40 or $15 per night.

No exhibits will be released before 3 p.m. on Sunday. Winners must collect premiums from the fair office before leaving the fairgrounds.

Livestock trailers will not be allowed to park on the fairground or the east parking lot. It is suggested to park trailers at the high school.

No trailers shall be parked on 9th Street north of the fair grounds.
